4. Engagements are governed by a separate agreement
Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to contract. Scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, liability, and termination for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

All content on the Site is owned by Orsun Tech OÜ or its licensors. You may read and share it with attribution, but you may not republish it commercially or present it as your own.
