- If we recommend work, we are not the ones quoting for it. Our finding that your system is fine costs us nothing — which is what makes the opposite finding worth something.
- Fixed price, agreed before we start
- Scope drives the fee and the fee is set up front. No hourly billing that grows with our curiosity.
- We say no when we are not the fit
- We cap parallel engagements and we turn down work we cannot do well. A referral costs us a project and saves you a quarter.
