What needed solving
The client was managing carrier onboarding and invoice reconciliation in spreadsheets. As volume grew, manual errors multiplied and the operations team was spending 40+ hours per week on data entry. They needed a scalable system that carriers could use themselves.
How we solved it
We designed a multi-tenant SaaS platform where each carrier gets their own workspace. Carriers upload and manage their documents self-serve, while the operations team gets a unified admin dashboard. Stripe handles subscription billing per carrier seat.
